Tomas and another employee (sorry, didn't get his name), got here on time, came in, listened to what I needed, and provided an estimate. They were unfazed by me asking if we could add 2 more things "since you're here". Tomas came up with an organized plan to get it all done as efficiently as possible. Tomas took the time to check out the age of my hot water heater, gave me options and some things to consider for the next project. I'm happy.
